Jan Briggs
Jan is a Broker Associate and has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations.
Jan has been in sales and marketing for over thirty years. She has consistently been in the Top Ten Realtors in Oklahoma.
Jan has been married to Michael for 35 years. Jan and Michael have been blessed with four children and two grandchildren.
Jan is active in her church and Holland Hall School fundraising. She supports March of Dimes, and has been a member of the Southeast Rotary for over 17 years. |

Michael Briggs
Michael is an Attorney licensed to practice in Oklahoma. Michael also holds a Master's Degree in both Finance and Accounting. He also has his CRS designation.
Michael spent 16 years in corporate lending, and then was President of a computer software and services company.
Michael grew up in the real estate business. His father founded a leading firm, Briggs Freeman Real Estate Brokerage, in Dallas, Texas over 40 years ago.
Michael and Jan have been married for 35 years and have four children and two grandchildren. Michael is a member of The Oklahoma Bar Association, The Tulsa County Bar Association, and Sunrise Rotary. Michael supports the American Diabetes Association and is Chairman of Computers for Kids. |

Ryan Briggs graduated from The University of Oklahoma, where he studied Business and Marketing in preparation for his career in Tulsa Real Estate. Ryan is the fourth generation in the Briggs family of Real Estate professionals. Ryan is married to Elizabeth and enjoys golf and playing with his Chocolate Labs, Kailey and Abby. Ryan supports The Center for Individulas with Physical Challenges. Ryan also graduated from and supports Holland Hall. |

Heidi Spradlin-Milligan is a native Tulsan and a graduate of The University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Communication. She brings over 15 years of sales experience to The Briggs Team. She and her husband Alan, share in the thrill of raising their daughter Ashton. Heidi serves on the Miss Teen Oklahoma Scholarship Pageant board and is an active volunteer at a local children's shelter and Monte Cassino School. Heidi enjoys traveling with her family and supporting Ashton in her many activities. |

Mitzi Thomas is a graduate of The University of North Texas with a BBA degree in Marketing. She is married to Styron with two amazing boys, Trevor and Morgan. In her spare time, Mitzi likes to hand hook rugs and teach others to do it. She is very involved at Redeemer Covenant Church as well as serving on the PTAG board of Jenks East Intermediate School. Mitzi is a supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Association and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. |

Chris Zinn is a native Tulsan and serves as our full-time Buyer Partner. Prior to beginning his Real Estate career, Chris served the Tulsa community as a Director for the American Red Cross and as a licensed Pastor for many years. Chris is married to Traci and has 2 wonderful sons, Taylor and Ryan. He is very involved in Open Bible Fellowship Church and in his spare time, Chris enjoys watching OU football and playing with his boys. |

Elizabeth Briggs graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a BA in Interior Architecture. Her education and creative ability were a perfect match when The Briggs Team grew to need a professional Marketing Director. Elizabeth is married to Ryan and they have two chocolate labs, Kailey and Abby. Elizabeth is the daughter of Ron and Cathy Shook and the Granddaughter of Ron and Sue Shook. She is active in Asbury United Methodist and the Tulsa Delta Gamma Alumnae Group. |

Picture this...
Your house has been on the market for four weeks. There have been a lot of showings but no offers, so you are wondering if you should consider a price reduction. You want to get as much as you can for your home, but more importantly you want it to sell!
This may be the time to have a frank discussion with your real estate agent. While price may be a major factor, it may not be the only consideration. Are you making your house easy for agents to show? Have you completed the necessary maintenance and cleaning so that your property is as appealing as possible? Review with your agent the current market conditions and the prices of other homes in your neighborhood before determining that a price reduction is in order.
Even though your price may be competitive, the marketplace may be telling you that buyers just won't pay what you would like to get. If all indicators point to a price reduction, it is better to do it sooner rather than later.
